Pencoed Primary School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pupil Wellbeing Officer to provide high-quality pastoral care and specialist support for pupils across the school. You'll work closely with our care, support and wellbeing and safeguarding teams to promote emotional wellbeing, manage individual support plans, and build strong relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies. If you have experience supporting children with diverse needs, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to inclusive education, we'd love to hear from you.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
