Working Hours: Our nursery operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work shifts within these hours, totaling 40 hours per week.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:
* Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences for children, tailored to their age and development stage.
* Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Building strong professional relationships and reporting any concerns to management.
* Facilitating a key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
Requirements and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
