What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions that drive outcomes.
* Lead the design and delivery of performance dashboards, predictive models and data visualisations that inform strategic and operational priorities.
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement, helping services unlock the power of their own data.
* Deliver insights that provide hindsight, insight, and foresight, supporting evidence‑based decisions aligned to the Council Plan and Barnsley 2030.
