We’re hiring for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer at their site in Hadfield, Glossop. In this role, you’ll be part of a busy customer service team, liaising with clients, installation teams, and project managers to ensure smooth order processing, query resolution, and excellent service delivery. What’s on offer? * £12.75 per hour * Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm * Early finish on Fridays (3:30 pm) * 30 days holiday (increasing with service) option to buy more * Competitive pension scheme * Life insurance * Staff discount * Casual dress code What will you be doing as a Customer Service Administrator? * Handling customer enquiries via phone and email * Processing orders from plans, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met * Resolving customer complaints and arranging replacement parts * Managing diaries and scheduling installations in line with timeframes * Managing customer accounts, handling queries, and coordinating with internal departments * Following up on customer enquiries to ensure complete resolution * Assisting with general office administration as required What do you need? * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Strong administration skills and proficiency in IT systems * A professional and customer-focused approach If you’re a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a customer-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.
