We're currently recruiting a Duty Manager at Porthmadog Premier Inn in Porthmadog. The role is part-time, 16 hours per week, with a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour on day shift. It is a permanent contract.
What You’ll Do
Lead a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure the smooth running of our hotel. Your proven leadership and excellent communication and organisational skills will be used to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience. Experience leading a team in a retail environment is desirable.
