We’re hiring for a high-end dealership working with premium Luxury vehicles and Supercars (£50K–£100K range), looking for a well-rounded Vehicle Technician who can confidently handle prep, repairs, and diagnostics to a high standard.
This is a hands-on, varied role — not just inspections. You’ll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are mechanically sound, retail-ready, and fault-free.
What you’ll be doing (balanced role):
* Vehicle prep for sale – ensuring cars meet retail standards
* Servicing & mechanical repairs
* Fault finding & diagnostics (using modern diagnostic tools)
* PDI inspections (approx. 25% of the role)
* Basic bodywork / cosmetic fixes (where required)
* Road testing vehicles
* Completing job cards & quality control checks
Must-haves
* Solid experience in servicing and repair work
* Comfortable with vehicle prep for sales environments
Nice to have
* Exposure to premium / high-end vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc.)
* Experience in dealership or retail automotive environments
* Any bodywork / cosmetic repair experience
