Project Manager - Suffolk Based We're seeking a Project Manager to join a multi-billion-pound construction and development business. With a turnover of over £1 billion, this is an exciting new opportunity created by additional workload secured on one of their major projects. About the Role As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site and project management, overseeing multiple phases across residential, education, healthcare, and commercial projects. You'll ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification while coordinating teams, managing budgets, and maintaining excellent stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include: Lead and oversee site and project management activities. Plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, maintaining cost control and programme adherence. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, proactively addressing issues. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in construction, ideally in a project management role with a Tier 1 developer or main contractor Strong communication and organisational skills. Proactive, confident, and ambitious with a drive to deliver results. Experience across multiple sectors (residential, healthcare, education, commercial) is desirable.
