We're recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a fantastic 3‑form entry primary school in Worthing, starting Easter 2026.

About the Role
* Full‑time Year 4 Class Teacher
* Easter start (Interviews held at the beginning of the new term)

What They're Looking For
This role is not open to ECTs — the school needs an experienced practitioner who can step confidently into a busy KS2 environment.
You should bring:
* Solid experience teaching in Key Stage 2
* Strong SEN knowledge and strategies for supporting diverse needs
* Confident phonics understanding and delivery
* A calm, nurturing teaching style and high expectations for all pupils
* Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
* A collaborative mindset to work within a 3‑form team

Interviews
Interviews will take place at the start of the new term, with the successful candidate joining the Year 4 team at Easter.
