£54,000 + 5% Bonus
4 on 4 off Days & Nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)
10% Pension + Overtime (1.5x, 2x)
A large-scale manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join a brand-new, highly automated production facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment on state-of-the-art equipment including conveyors, robotics and automated production systems.
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Reactive maintenance and fault finding across all production machinery
Working on conveyors, packaging lines, slicing equipment and robotics
Working safely within control panels and isolating equipment correctly
Supporting planned preventative maintenance activities when required
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer position, you should have:
A recognised engineering qualification equivalent to a Level 3 or above (NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, ONC, HNC etc.)
Previous experience within manufacturing or automated production
Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems
A positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
