About Our Client
This client is a large entity within the education sector and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Support Advisor to join them on a 6 week basis with room to be extended or go perm!
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will:
* Deal with all applicant queries from prospective customers via telephone, e-mail and social media and ensuring all relevant data is captured
* Ensure excellent and speedy customer service delivery
* Proactive application management of a range of products as determined by the manager and ensure they are managed in terms of agreed SLA's
* Load application data onto the system and ensuring thorough notes are recorded for use by the wider team to process the application
* Review applications to ensure they meet entry criteria and referring any more complex applications to the appropriate senior member of the team
* Ad-hoc duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
* Previous experience within customer service & administration (at least 1 year)
* Confident communicator and proactive
* Ability to multi-task
* Can commit to a temporary role for July & August
* Start date on Monday 14th July!
