Update databases and Council systems. Collect and present data and statistics. Manage caseloads and close cases as needed. Process information from calls, letters, and emails. Support team members with administrative tasks. Book appointments and manage team diaries. Take minutes, arrange meetings, and book rooms. Maintain dashboards, rotas, and spreadsheets. Communicate with care providers, service users, and professionals. Person Specifications Must Have: Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills. Experience with database management. Attention to detail. Nice to Have: Experience in a social care environment. Familiarity with Council systems. Previous administrative support experience.
