Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly in their neighbourhoods, promoting our products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships quickly. Must be experienced with B2B sales.
Responsibilities
* Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned territories to promote our products and services effectively.
* Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through direct engagement.
* Present product features and benefits clearly, addressing customer questions and concerns confidently.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales progress using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
* Analyse customer feedback and market trends to refine sales approaches and improve outreach strategies.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations during all sales activities.
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or door-to-door sales roles is preferred but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
* Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous for managing customer data efficiently.
* Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for success in this role. Pay: £1,000.00-£2,000.00 per week
