We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Head of IT.
The core responsibilities include:
1. The Application Support Analyst is the day-to-day technical owner of the enterprise systems they support. They troubleshoot application layer issues, coordinate with various teams to resolve issues, lead root cause analysis, and ensure systems are maintained to avoid issues and remain validated.
2. This role is responsible for maintaining GxP systems/applications used by business functions within the approved Software Development Lifecycle.

The job holder will be responsible for managing their systems to ensure:
* Issues are managed with resolutions or workarounds maintaining system validation.
* Root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence.
* System reporting to support service agreements and proactive management.
* Supplier management, including working with suppliers, supporting reviews, ensuring knowledge transfer, and maintaining system compliance and availability.
* Routine maintenance activities and system housekeeping.
* Full lifecycle management of changes, including upgrades and patches, assessing risks and impacts.
* Managing technology dependencies to prevent end-of-life risks.
* Adhering to disaster recovery schedules and testing application recovery.
* Supporting periodic reviews of GxP systems.
* Providing end-user documentation and support.
* Fulfilling the role of subject matter expert for assigned technologies.
* Out-of-hours work and travel may be required.
* Maintaining quality documentation such as deviations, change controls, reviews, system descriptions, SOPs/WIs.
* Managing system inventory including DR status, vendor info, licenses, and technology roadmaps.

• Key users and stakeholders.

• Business system owners, vendors, and project teams.
• IT governance staff.
Skills & Knowledge:
* IT enterprise application support experience.
* Understanding of IT technologies like servers, desktops/laptops, and applications support.
* Experience in cross-functional, international project environments.
* Knowledge of GxP principles is an advantage.
* Customer service attitude, proactive approach, and positive outlook.
* Planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
* Attention to detail, literacy, and numerical skills.
* Self-starter with initiative, able to work independently and in teams.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Solution/results-oriented mindset.
