We are expanding our recruitment team at Hamberley Care Homes and are looking for a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator to support our regulated sector and deliver a compliant recruitment strategy across our UK homes.


Role Overview

The Recruitment Onboarding Administrator will champion best practice within our regulated sector, working closely with the recruitment team and wider business to ensure compliant pre‑employment checks and a smooth onboarding experience for new staff.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver an efficient recruitment and onboarding administration service, specifically handling pre‑employment checks including employment gap analysis, visa sponsorship, Right to Work, occupational health, PVG/DBS and referencing requirements.
* Ensure all candidates for full time, contract or temporary positions are vetted in line with company recruitment policy and procedure.
* Maintain administrative processes to comply with Safer Recruitment Practices and recruitment legislation, including CQC requirements.
* Utilise the Applicant Tracking System and other IT systems, undertaking training as required to maintain high standards of knowledge.
* Coordinate onboarding activities to prepare new starters for their first day.
* Support the delivery of the recruitment strategy and respond to ad‑hoc team recruitment and administration requests.


Qualifications

* Demonstrable experience in a recruitment role, preferably within health and social care.
* Strong knowledge of compliance and onboarding processes.
* Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong decision‑making and stakeholder relationship building skills.
* Independent work ability with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
