An opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal to join their award-winning branch in the Bromsgrove office. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm offering a salary up to £26,000 pending experience. It is essential you can demonstrate 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a good working knowledge of Residential Conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will not be running their own caseload but will provide direct support to the Head of Property Services throughout the residential conveyancing process. Experience in this area of law is essential to be considered. Residential Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal main duties: * You will assist with the drafting of SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions and Transfer Deeds, deal with basic enquiries, produce case management letters and deal with all AML on-boarding procedures. * You will have responsibility for opening and closing files, speaking with agents and clients over the telephone to provide updates and deal with all other duties associated with a Residential Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal position.
