The Opportunity


As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial management of major projects. You'll gain exposure to cost control, subcontractor management, procurement, financial reporting, and commercial governance while developing the skills needed to become a future industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor project activities against agreed programmes, budgets, and cost plans
2. Support the management and reporting of labour, plant hire, and project-related costs
