Job Description
3. Monitor and manage outstanding debts to ensure timely payments are received.
4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and client accounts.
5. Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and discrepancies professionally.
6. Prepare and issue invoices and statements as required.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing or payment concerns.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on account statuses to management.
10. Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar credit control or financial role.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
15. An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
