Enablement Support Team Member
to join their team in Broughton.
THE ENABLEMENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER ROLE:
As an
Enablement Support Team Member
, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and operational excellence. You'll be responsible for:
* Liaising with engineering and design teams to resolve production blockers
* Controlling and maintaining consumables and tooling
* Acting as the interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (Calibration)
* Supporting Capex projects, facility improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Managing financial control and reporting
* Driving compliance with lean manufacturing, safety, and environmental standards
ENABLEMENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* General knowledge and experience of aircraft assembly tools and techniques
* Experience of tooling and procedural documentation
* Practical competence in PC-based systems (SAP experience desirable)
* Ability to investigate and implement process improvements
* Knowledge of Lean systems and principles
