Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Service Advisor: Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the crucial link between the workshop and our customers. Clearly communicate vehicle service and repair details, keeping customers informed throughout the entire process and responding to any queries they may have. Coordinate effectively with technicians and workshop control to track vehicle progress and ensure timely completion. Offer expert advice on our full range of products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. Build genuine relationships by engaging with customers, taking the time to understand their needs and ensuring their experience is both personal and positive. Skills and Experience Required for the Service Advisor Role: Previous experience as a service advisor is beneficial but not essential, we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and driven to succeed. Confident using IT systems. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organised with strong administrative abilities and a keen eye for detail.
