Your Role
As a Skilled Panel Beater, you’ll play a vital part in bringing vehicles back to their pre-accident condition, working with precision tools and proven methods to ensure safety and showroom-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out high-standard panel repairs and replacements
15. Assess vehicle damage accurately and recommend repair strategies
16. Align, weld, and finish panels in line with manufacturer requirements
17. Follow BS10125 safety and quality standards
18. Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-led workshop
What You Bring
19. Proven background in panel beating and structural repair
20. Confidence in welding, alignment, and panel finishing
21. Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering first time right repairs
22. A team mindset and the ability to work independently
23. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred)
