We are currently recruiting a Care Coordinator to work at our Rochdale Office.
The role includes:
1. Scheduling care rotas
2. Line managing a team of Care Workers
3. Ensuring Service Users receive the appropriate care in line with their assessed care plans
4. Processing client referrals
5. Managing documentation for field staff
6. Quality assurance
7. Ensuring compliance with all office systems and processes
8. On-call duties
If you would like to join our friendly Rochdale team, you will have:
* Ideally, 1 year’s Care Coordinator experience
* Confidence in using various IT packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude
* Team-player qualities
* Good knowledge of community care services and a willingness to lead by example
