Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with key internal stakeholders to understand development needs and ensure alignment with training goals.
2. Develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions that promote best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement.
3. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
4. Manage and maintain accurate training records, and report on training attendance and effectiveness.
5. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. GCSEs in Maths & English.
2. Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Full, clean driving license.
4. Experience in sales training and commercial roles.
5. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
6. Confident in delivering face-to-face and online learning solutions.
7. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
8. Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
9. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and changing priorities.
