Are you a passionate and creative Bistro Chef looking for a role that offers autonomy in the kitchen and a fantastic work-life balance? Our independent bistro, located near Winchester train station, is seeking a talented chef to take charge and create exciting, seasonal dishes that delight our loyal guests.

What You'll Be Doing:
????? Running the kitchen solo with KP support during busy services ?? Designing and executing a modern, vibrant brunch and lunch menu ?? Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients for exciting, seasonal creations ???????? Contributing to a warm, energetic bistro culture that values great food and great people ? Maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen organization
What We're Looking For:
* A skilled chef with experience running a kitchen solo or leading brunch services
