Maintenance 24-7 Ltd are seeking additional engineers to join our team in all areas of the London and Kent and Berkshire, who specialise in the maintenance of commercial properties such as restaurants chains, pubs groups, storage centres and retail.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with relevant experience in all trades (Carpentry, Tiling, Building Fabric, Plumbing) who has a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial & retail environment.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Multi Skilled engineers, carpenters, roofers and floor layers to join our team covering the South East Region.
The main duties include
* Plumbing - bathroom installs, tap changes, waste pipe repairs, basin and toilet repairs / replacements.
* Carpentry - locks, door closers, kitchen unit repair etc
* Groundworks - fence repairs / installs, floor repairs
* Decorating - minor decorating and filling
* Roofing - unblocking gutters / gulleys, temporary coverings, tile / slate replacements
* Flooring - patch tiling and timber repairs
* Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
* Completion of work sheets
* Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard
* A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.
The successful candidate will have:
* A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.
* Previous fabric maintenance in commercial environments, ideally pubs and restaurants.
* Trade qualifications (not essential)
* A HSE understanding
* Full UK Driver's License
* Previous use of handheld technology for all quoted and reactive works
