Responsibilities

* Proactively prospect into new business accounts, positioning our Learning Management System (LMS) and wider Learning Suite as the solution to their L&D challenges
* Execute structured, multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, phone, and email using Groove automation to build and progress pipeline
* Develop a strong product knowledge of our LMS platform, progressing towards delivering compelling product demonstrations
* Manage a smooth post-sale handover to the implementation team, ensuring a positive experience from close to go-live
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce to support forecasting and pipeline visibility


Qualifications

* Experience selling software, ideally SaaS, with exposure to HR tech, L&D platforms, or compliance software being a strong advantage
* A genuine interest in how organisations develop, upskill, and retain their people through technology
* The ability to articulate business value clearly - particularly around employee development, training workflows, and learning outcomes
* Strong communication skills with confidence building relationships across HR, L&D, and operational stakeholders
* Comfortable working at pace in a scaling environment, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
