Job Description
Due to a recent merger, my client who is one of the UK’s leading financial services company is looking for a Lead Governance PMO to join their Delivery Management Office. In this role, you will maintain a robust reporting framework and you will manage the end-to-end Integration Steering Committee (ISC). Due to the size of the project, there is a high chance, the contract will be extended or moved into a permanent role.
Main responsibilities
* Lead the monthly workstream reporting cycle
* Own and manage the process for providing timely and accurate updates on the Integration Programme to the Group Board
* Manage the flow and quality of data required to feed other governance forums
* Co-ordinate meeting logistics, develop agendas
* Oversee the review and distribution process of ISC reports
Requirements
* Strong PMO governance experience
* Strong mergers and acquisitions experience, along with integrations experience
* Strong leadership experience – experience leading/managing a team
* Experience working on a multi-million pound portfolio
* Strong stakeholder management
* Financial services industry experience
