The Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns and corporate events. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with client services, creative, event production, and business development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership
* Manage end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, virtual and in-person events, and lead generation programmes, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal KPIs.
Client Engagement
* Act as a point of contact for clients when required, providing proactive updates and managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifestyle.
Internal Coordination
* Liaise with internal teams (account management, business development, creative, operations) to ensure seamless collaboration, resource allocation, and timely execution of deliverables.
Vendor & Partner Management
* Coordinate with external suppliers, venues, and technology partners to ensure third-party contributions are delivered to spec, on time, and within budget.
Time & Budget Control
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track budgets, and manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters
Campaign QA & Delivery
* Oversee quality assurance across all campaign assets and event deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Performance Reporting
* Monitor campaign and event performance metrics, compile post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, documentation, and project delivery processes, contributing to operational excellence across the agency.
Required Experience
* 3+ years of project management experience in a B2B marketing or events agency or similar environment.
* Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and lead generation programmes.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in monday.com.
* Knowledge of workplace tools
* Experience working with global teams and managing projects across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
