Are you a qualified CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Merstham? Do you have hands-on child-related experience and a passion for helping pupils grow, learn, and thrive?
We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive Merstham primary school. You’ll be supporting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups, and helping individual pupils progress both academically and socially.
What We’re Looking For
* A CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant (essential)
* Previous experience working with children in schools, nurseries, or youth settings
* A caring, proactive approach to supporting learning
* A Teaching Assistant who can build strong relationships and encourage pupil confidence
* A team player with good communication skills and initiative
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
* Providing focused support for small groups and individual pupils
* Supporting children with additional needs to access learning fully
* Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion across the classroom
* Helping to create engaging, child-centred learning experiences
