What You Will Do As a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer, you will operate as a technical authority guiding teams, maturing design capability and ensuring compliance is built in. You will: Lead modular electronics transformation and platform strategy Direct day-to-day technical delivery across global teams Ensure full compliance to DO-254 / ARP-4754 Act as a specialist in requirements management & traceability Influence system architecture from concept through certification Translate safety & hazard analysis into robust technical requirements Strengthen lifecycle discipline and engineering quality at scale This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, raises standards, and drives alignment through technical authority.
