We are seeking an ambitious Store Manager to create a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work. This is a temporary contract position.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team and drive engagement with customers.
* Maximise business performance by acting quickly and consistently searching for new ideas.
* Manage and support a high‑performance team, motivating staff to achieve targets.
* Ensure a great customer experience across all touch‑points.
* Encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results.
* Maintain a fun and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Retail Management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager preferred).
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, sales and result‑driven environment.
* Strong motivation, management and support skills for a team.
