We’re looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to join a market-lading consumer products business within the Small Domestic Appliances sector.
Working closely with the Specialist Bricks & Clicks Channel Manager, you’ll take ownership of a major UK retail account (John Lewis) and play a pivotal role in driving both sell-in and sell-out performance, with full P&L responsibility.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building strong retail partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning and managing a top-tier national retail account, leading quarterly commercial planning cycles
* Delivering against sales targets while managing the full P&L
* Using insight and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions
* Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
* Supporting best-in-class go-to-market strategies for new product launches
* Attending regular operational and performance review meetings to ensure execution excellence
What we’re looking for
* Proven Account Management experience with P&L ownership, ideally within a retail environment
* Experience managing key UK retailers
* Highly analytical, commercially curious, and confident working with data
* Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by results
* Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
