Resourcing & Compliance Lead – Make a Lasting Impact on Workforce Excellence

Are you ready to lead with purpose and precision? We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Resourcing & Compliance Lead to join our Workforce Directorate and help shape the future of recruitment and international resourcing at LTHTR.

In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Resourcing and JE Manager to ensure our recruitment practices meet legal, regulatory, and organisational standards. You’ll lead centralised recruitment support and champion opportunities for Trust students as they qualify, helping to build a strong pipeline of future talent.

With the support of the Resourcing and Engagement Officer, you’ll design and deliver innovative student engagement activities, evaluate their impact, and report on outcomes that drive continuous improvement.

You’ll also take ownership of the Trust’s sponsorship and immigration processes, ensuring full compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations. From managing Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) to advising managers and candidates on visa and right to work matters, your expertise will be key to maintaining our sponsor licence and supporting international recruitment.

Working closely with medical staffing, international recruitment teams, and line managers, you’ll coordinate immigration queries and lead international campaigns in collaboration with OneLSC. You’ll ensure robust systems are in place for data accuracy and audit readiness.
