Salary: £30,000 basic + commission (OTE £55,000-£60,000)
A leading UK developer is seeking a confident and ambitious Sales Consultant to join the team on a major mixed-use regeneration scheme in Zone 2 London. This high-profile development is entering key sales phases with strong demand and exciting new releases on the horizon.
We're looking for a driven salesperson who can take ownership of enquiries, maximise conversions, and maintain strong sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and conversions across current phases and upcoming launches.
* Proactively manage and nurture leads to sustain a strong pipeline.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience, guiding buyers through the full sales journey.
* Maintain momentum during busy launch periods and high enquiry volumes.
* Support essential admin and compliance tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate
1. A strong closer with experience in new homes or estate agency (new homes experience preferred but not essential).
