Responsibilities
To assist with the management of the ward on a day to day basis by supporting and acting on behalf of the ward manager. To be aware of and demonstrate practice based on current advances in nursing. Work in conjunction with other disciplines in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. To promote evidence based practice and act as an accountable role model and clinical expert.
Main duties
We are recruiting highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within ward 4/4 Nevill Hall Hospital. We provide excellent, quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. You will need a flexible approach to participate in a full shift system including nights and weekends, with some areas on a 12 hour shift system or a three-shift system.
