We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative!
Key responsibilities would include the following:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.
Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
You will need a keen eye for detail, as well as a problem-solving head to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Full training is provided.
This is a temporary role, with the potential to extend.
Shift Details:
Monday to Friday
06:00-15:00 – 1-hour unpaid break
PAYE - £12.71ph - Weekly or Monthly
