<div><h3>Theatre Practitioner - OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER – SCRUB (RGN / ODP)</h3><p>Tees Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time | Includes weekend work</p><p>Up to £38,500 per annum depending on experience</p><p>37.5 hours per week</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload</li><li>Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities</li><li>Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team</li><li>Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting</li><li>Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based</li><li>Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Registered with the appropriate governing body (e.g., NMC or HCPC) and have the relevant qualifications and post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a theatre environment.
