Title: Financial Mobilisation Supervisor Location: Harrogate Salary - Dependant on experience Contracted Hours - 40 hrs per week, Monday to Friday Reports to: Finance Manager Job Role: Homes for Students manages circa 200 student accommodation properties across the country, with over 50 onboarded within this academic year alone. Due to the increasing requirements for mobilising, de-mobilising and change of owners throughout the year, Homes For Students has identified the need to expand it’s current team to include a Mobilisation Supervisor to manage the financial process. Key Responsibilities Manage the financial mobilisation of new assets which will consist of the following; Weekly internal stakehlder meetings Set up bank accounts within the critical timescales Set up and co-ordinate Payment link set ups with Globalpay & WPM Review and approve the data entered in the Financial System and Booking System Recncile the data to the Balance Sheet or Completion Statement Communicate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timelines are provided and met Prepare the Budget accrding to the management agreement and import into the system Effectively cmmunicate with all stakeholders and ensure all data is received and dealt with in an efficient manner Drive mbilisations within the expected timeframes, taking account of the impact on other departments Maintain Cnfidentiality Line management of the Financial Analyst who processes the financial data Prepare Completion Statements for demobilisations and co-ordinate the financial requirements Work with departments to understand procedures and implement changes that will enhance or improve current working practices. Support the Finance Manager on Project work Any Other AdHoc tasks as required The above outlines the main duties and responsibilities of the position, however, this cannot be comprehensive and other duties, as directed by the company and within the job holders capabilities may be required.
