Our client is an award-winning UK based Tour Operator, specializing in bespoke trips worldwide. They are expanding and now seek experienced Travel Sales Consultants to support their US-based customers remotely.
This role is fully remote, working 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts on a rota basis, ideal for those needing flexible hours.
Salary circa £26k plus commission and travel benefits.
Role of Travel Sales Consultant:
* Listening to customer needs and sourcing suitable travel options
* Providing accurate advice and building holiday packages
* Demonstrating confidence and genuine interest over calls, chat, or email
* Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the booking process
* Monitoring competitors’ pricing strategies
* Achieving KPIs and targets
Skills required:
