Speech and Language Therapist
5 hours per week, Monday-Friday,
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only, (There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, please get in touch to discuss.)
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We currently have an opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our developing Clinical Team across our Shires – Stretton / Oakham / Meadows View schools. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. You will be responsible for holding a Speech and Language Therapy caseload and you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice. You will receive a well-rounded menu of support including regular clinical supervision from our established and knowledgeable Speech and Language Therapy network across Outcomes First Group. You will also have access to continuing professional development opportunities as you progress in your role.

Speech and Language Therapy degree
Experience of working with children and/or adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
Ability to work independently as agreed under supervision
Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
