This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to top-tier clients and cross-border deals. Key experience required: Complex debt products, including venture debt, leveraged finance, direct lending, corporate lending, acquisition finance, and refinancings Drafting facilities, subordination, and security agreements Managing conditions precedent processes and signings Coordinating with local counsel across multiple jurisdictions You’ll be joining a small, dynamic team, offering excellent responsibility and visibility from day one. About You: A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally NQ-4 PQE) with solid experience in Banking & Finance gained at a leading law firm. It is essential that individuals have trained at a top law firm in London.
