Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for an opportunity within the NHS? Huntress is currently recruiting for an NHS Booking Coordinator to join a busy healthcare service in Lincoln on an immediate-start temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, scheduling, or customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments and follow-up clinics
Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Updating patient records accurately using internal systems
Liaising with clinical teams and other departments to ensure smooth patient pathways
Handling patient queries professionally and sensitively
Supporting waiting list management and appointment changes/cancellationsWe're Looking For:
Previous administration, customer service or coordination, or booking experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment
