You will have responsibilities for the leadership of two college campuses in the London borough of Havering with a combined student population of more than 5,000. You will work within a broader group structure, leading on identified curriculum delivery and quality across the whole of NCC, within the group's matrix structure. You will join a senior management team including three other principals; shaping the next phase of NCC's development as one of the UK's leading further education colleges.

About you
· Substantial and successful senior leadership experience in curriculum and/or quality management within a high-performing FE environment.
· A proven track record of improving teaching, learning and student outcomes through effective leadership of curriculum managers and teams.
· Demonstrable success in developing and delivering strategic and operational plans that drive sustained quality improvement.
· Strong financial and resource management experience, aligning budgets to strategic priorities and performance targets.
· A deep understanding of FE policy, funding methodologies and accountability frameworks, using data and KPIs to secure measurable impact.
· The ability to design and implement a responsive, high-quality curriculum that meets learner, employer and funding requirements.
· A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and safeguarding, with the credibility to embed best practice across the College.
· Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and effective external partnerships.
