As we continue to grow, we’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our busy sales team and take the next step in their career. The Role: This is an exciting phone-based B2B sales role, perfect for someone with call centre or telesales experience who’s ready to develop as a broker. You’ll be advising business customers, identifying their needs, and helping them secure better deals through our network of trusted suppliers. Full training provided for motivated candidates looking to build a career in consultancy. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and existing business leads, including web enquiries and warm leads Understand client needs and offer tailored utility solutions across energy, telecoms, payments, waste, and water Prepare quotes and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers Manage ongoing client relationships and renewals Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1 years of experience in a call centre, telesales, or B2B sales role Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly Organised, motivated, and goal-driven Industry experience (energy, payments, telecoms, waste, water) is a bonus – but not essential Ambition to progress into a broker or senior sales position Benefits What You’ll Get: £19,000–£28,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Uncapped commission – top earners taking home £70k Fast-track career progression into broker and team leader roles Fun, sociable office environment in Shoreditch Free gym membership, regular socials, and Christmas shutdown Ongoing training and professional development
