Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Commercial Property to join our client, a long-established regional law firm, in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial sales and acquisitions.
* Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, surrenders).
* Commercial refinancing.
* Acting for developer clients on plot sales.
* Providing risk-based legal advice to business clients.
Required Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
* Experience in commercial property transactions.
* Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
