This role will primarily focus on employee relations casework, supporting managers across the organisation while ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently. It is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in providing first-line HR support and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver pragmatic and consistent HR advice.
1. Provide HR advice to stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
2. Manage a range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and appeals.
