Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely (from home), you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess property conditions as needed.
Building relationships with site teams is crucial, ensuring both planned maintenance and reactive issues are managed effectively. You'll also oversee compliance across the estate, so experience with compliance and facilities management is important. Additionally, you'll organize project work through JCT contracts, including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and overseeing work quality.
While chartership is not required, autonomous work experience across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k, along with facilities, compliance, and maintenance experience, is necessary.
