Job Description Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Consultant to join our EMEA team based in London.
This role will be primarily responsible for relationship management and data-led reward consulting projects across our UK service lines whilst ensuring the reward strategy is fit for purpose.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage complex reward processes
* Working our HR Business Partner population to use data analytics to drive insights and make informed decisions.
* Work with our manager population to advise on best practice and to ensure alignment of rewards strategies with company goals
* Provide advice and guidance on rewards related issues to employees and managers
* · Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
* Contribute to wider HR projects as required
Experience Required:
* You will be a team player, happy to jump into live projects.
* Have the ability to manage the annual rewards processes and projects independently
* Ability to influence business leaders by using data and insights
* Strong systems knowledge and analytical skills
* Prior experience designing and managing Rewards processes at a global organization.
* Experience of/exposure to Job Grading/Job Architecture/Job Levelling
