This is a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Manager or Growth Marketer to take full ownership of a purpose-led brands B2B marketing strategy. Youll be joining a business thats on a mission to change lives through industry-leading apprenticeships, with a 3x growth plan over the next 4 years. Although their business is apprenticeships, their approach is very much like a Saas business, so if youre looking to break out of Saas and into a high growth business with real purpose, this could be the opportunity for you. What youll be doing Youll lead all B2B marketing activity, crafting campaigns that speak directly to business audiences and decision-makers. Youll develop vertical-specific messaging, build proof-of-value content, and create case studies and testimonials that support sales and retention. Youll manage email marketing programmes that generate leads and nurture prospects. Youll keep the website fresh and functional using WordPress, support SEO strategy, and ensure compliance. Youll also raise brand awareness through PR, events and external communications. Youll be the go-to for marketing insight across the business, aligning closely with sales through CRM and Salesforce reporting. Youll own data, reporting and optimisation, making decisions based on performance and ensuring GDPR compliance. As the business grows, youll define and build a marketing team. Until then, youll be hands-on designing assets in Canva, updating web content, and leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders. Youll collaborate across teams, bringing your marketing vision to life and making sure marketing is embedded in everything the business does. Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in a generalist role with a focus on growth.
Strong track record in developing case studies and proof-of-value content.
Solid understanding of GDPR, CMA and project management.
WordPress, Canva, email marketing platforms and Salesforce.
