Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start, temporary assignment based in Cardiff.
Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour
Hybrid/ Work from home Opportunity
As a Welsh Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include.
1. Respond to all types of customer enquiries which come into the organisation.
2. Use systems to manage and update enquiries.
3. Processing permitting applications and licences.
4. Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systems
5. Dealing with other enquiries within the Customer Hub Team.
The successful candidate for the Welsh Customer Service Advisor role will also need the following skills;
6. Fluent in both Welsh and English languages
7. Good experience with all Microsoft packages
8. Accurate with inputting data into systems.
9. Good communication skills
10. Ability to solve problems.
11. Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
