Job Description
* Manage and deliver projects from initial concept through to completion (Multiple projects a once)
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
* Oversee project budget, timeline, and resource allocation
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks
* Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
* Provide regular project updates to management
* Work closely with the Sales team to ensure project success
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Monday - Friday - Days (Flexibility required depending where the project status is)
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Project Manager/Project Engineer/Project Coordinator, with the following:
* Essential that you have handled multiple projects at once with short lead times (4-16 weeks typically)
* Experience/knowledge of an ERP system is essential
* Desirable industry background - Furniture projects/hospitality fit-outs/contract interiors/bespoke joinery/bespoke manufacturing (not essential)
* Qualification in Project Management desirable but not essential (E.g. PRINCE2/APM/PMP)
* Strong Communicator (Able to communicate internally & externally to all levels)
* Committed to a high level of customer service
* Ability to work in the grey (last minute changes)
